Mission - Quality

“Quality is not an act, it is a habit. Let us make Quality a habit at NMC Trading!”

NMC Trading has embarked upon Mission Quality with the motto “Let us make Quality a habit at NMC Trading!”

What is Mission Quality?

It is our effort to make quality a part of everything we do at NMC Trading. As we are growing in scale and numbers it is important to incorporate quality into everything we do. To bring quality right down to the grass root level (warehouse helper, driver etc) we have adopted a Top- Down approach to build indigenously our Quality Model.

Mission Quality- Step 1

It starts with 16 broad concepts which define the success for organization. We have identified 16 Guiding Principles or, Quality Mantras which define quality for our organization.

    •  If you can't measure it, you can't manage it
    •  If you can’t measure it , you can’t improve it

Within the purview of each quality mantra we measure quality for all organizational processes.

  1. Making Quality the common language of improvement
  2. Quality must be ensured at all levels, all functions, all departments and in all activities.
  3. This is necessary to make the Mission Quality effective and successful


As a part of the quality program roll- out we are planning to unveil one Quality mantra each month. The first mantra “Customer Service” was unveiled on June 1st 2008
